This full color card was issued 114 years ago by Philadelphia Caramel Company. This beautiful card is from a set of 31 cards entitled "Dogs Pictures " to put in an album that was available at the time. The card was given as a free premium and was inserted into a packet of candy. The front of the card shows an artist drawn picture of the Bull Terrier, while the back of the card has the list of the 31 breeds. The card measures 2 3/4" x 1 1/2" or 70mm x 38mm. This card has a very bad crease on the right down corner, but still very collectable. Please see the scan.
