This real 3 dimensional photo card was issued 52 years ago by UMM-AL-QIWAIN (United Arab Emirates). This beautiful card is an actual stamp from UMM-AL-QIWAIN it is from a set of 10 stamps. The front of the card shows a real photograph in a 3D setting of the Cocker Spaniel, while the back of the card is blank. It is made of plastic with a firm plain backing. The card measures 2" x 1 1/2" or 52mm x 38mm.

This is an extremely unusual item and very rare.
