This full color card was issued 90 years ago by Ardath Tobacco Co. Ltd. This beautiful card is from a set of 25 cards entitled "Champion Dogs" to put in an album that was available at the time. The card was given as a free premium and was inserted into a large tin of 50 "Ardath Cork" or "State Express 333" Cigarettes. The front of the card shows a picture of the dog painted by the artist Fall with his signature on the front, while the back of the card has a brief description of the breed. The card measures 3 3/4" x 2 5/8" or 95mm x 67mm.
