This full color card was issued in UK ca 74 years ago by (possibly by the Society for the Propagation of Christian Knowledge). This beautiful card is from a set of unknown numbers of cards to put in an album that was available at the time. The front of the card shows an artist drawn picture of the Pekingese with a Biblical quotation. This card is made of thin paper (it was probably issued in a sheet and cut somewhat irregularly from it) and has been mounted on cardboard as a "stiffner". An unusual and very rare card! The card measures ca 2" x 2 3/8" or 50mm x 60mm.
