This 22 years old card is reprinted from a set that was originally issued in the UK by Spratts Patent Ltd. in 1910 (the original cards are extremely rare and very valuable!) This card is from a very limited edition reprint set produced by "Nostalgia." The reprint set was issued in the UK in 2002 and the printing plates for this set have been destroyed so that no other reprints of these cards will ever be produced by Nostalgia. This particular card is number 10 from a set of 12 cards entitled "Prize Dogs." The front of the card shows an artist drawn picture of the Smooth Fox Terrier while the back of the card has the original advertising for this pet food company. The card measures 2 5/8" x 1 3/8" or 65mm x 35mm.
