This very rare card was issued 70 years ago by Edwards & Sons. This beautiful card is from a set of 27 cards entitled "Popular Dogs" to put in an album that was available at the time. The card was given as a free premium and was inserted into a packet of candy. The front of the card shows an artist photographic picture of the Smooth Fox Terrier and a description of the breed while the back of the card is blank. This is an original card issued in the year stated and is a fairly difficult card to acquire. The card measures 2 5/8" x 1 3/8" or 65mm x 35mm.
